Returns

Whilst we want you to be happy with your order, as coffee is a consumable good we will only replace or refund coffee if it is faulty or damaged in any way.

If you believe you have faulty or damaged coffee please send us an email (hello@happybarista.com), with pictures is needed, or call 07443 97 60 58.

We will only accept returns from 14 days of the purchase date, and you are also responsible for the shipping cost to get the item back to us.

Refunds

We will offer you a refund or exchange if after we have examined your returned item we deem it damaged or faulty.

If your refund has been accepted we’ll issue the refund on the same card that the purchase was made from.
